full time public ministry at the age of 7. He was first called to Pastor at the age of 17 in a classical Pentecostal setting and has since continued to
Pastor as well as minister internationally in nearly 60 nations of the world. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of New Hope Revival Center with congregations
in both Smiths Station, Alabama and Jerusalem, Israel.
He is a strong preacher of the un-compromised Word of God and has many spiritual gifts operating
through his ministry. He carries a heavy burden to see the Bride's Revival loosed into every nation of the world and to see God's Bride moving and operating
in the freedom and liberty of the true baptism of the Holy Ghost. His ministry is carried on Angel TV, Gospel Channel Europe and Omega Television which reach
a combined audience of 120 nations. Pastor Shelley makes his home in Salem, Alabama with his lovely wife, Stacey, his two sons, Benjamin Judah and Joshua

Christian publications, including the MorningStar Journal and Church Growth International. For each of the past several years, he has also written with Bob Jones the prophetic book
entitled "The Shepherd’s Rod". This booklet has been widely circulated in this country and abroad with an emphasis on providing insight with understanding concerning the mobilization
of the church for her high calling and glorious destiny. He has also written a book entitled “The Thrones of Our Soul” as a clarion call to the prophetic mandates for the end-time
generation. His newest book, "Engaging the Revelatory Realm of Heaven", sheds light about a new level of revelatory ministry that will be built on intimacy with a majestic picture
of God's throne.
